How it works
Create a private draft, contract template, or form template. Duplicate templates, review saved versions, share a public direct-sign link, or generate personalized documents from a CSV. Creating each final document costs 2 credits. Editing templates, saving contacts, sending, and reminders are free.
Instructions
Create or open a template, add recipients and signing fields, then save. Use Duplicate for a reusable copy, History to restore an earlier version as a copy, Direct link for public signing, or Bulk CSV for multiple recipients. Review every explicit credit confirmation before final documents are created.

Draft and template creation and editing are free. No credits are used until you explicitly finalize a document.
- Cost
- 2 credits per final document. A replacement final document is another 2 credits.
- Accepted input
- PDF documents, recipient names and email addresses, signing fields, form fields, reusable templates, and CSV files with recipient_name, recipient_email, and optional document_title columns.
- Files you can receive
- Private reusable templates, version snapshots, public direct-sign links, address-book contacts, and signature-ready final documents.
- Limits
- Bulk CSV accepts up to 100 rows per batch. Final documents are not edited in place; create a replacement for another 2 credits. Public links pause when the owner cannot cover a new 2-credit document.
- Privacy
- Templates and documents are private to the signed-in account. Records are indexed under the WordPress user ID. Document files remain in the private signing service and are not published to the WordPress media library.
- Use and refunds
- Use only documents and recipient details you are authorized to process. Credits used after final document creation begins are final and non-refundable. If final document creation permanently fails, the 2 credits are returned to the wallet automatically.
