How it works
Create a private draft, contract template, or form template. Add recipients and fields in the document editor. When the template is ready, explicitly create a final document for 2 credits. Sending and reminders do not use more credits.
Instructions
Choose New draft or New template. Upload a PDF, add recipients and place signing fields, then save. Open a saved template and choose Finalize for 2 credits. Review the confirmation before credits are used.
Free preview
Draft and template creation and editing are free. No credits are used until you explicitly finalize a document.
- Cost
- 2 credits per final document. A replacement final document is another 2 credits.
- Accepted audio
- PDF documents, recipient names and email addresses, signing fields, form fields, and template settings.
- Files you can receive
- Private reusable templates and signature-ready final documents.
- Limits
- Version 1 creates final documents from saved drafts or templates. Final documents are not edited in place; create a replacement from the template for 2 credits.
- Privacy
- Templates and documents are private to the signed-in account. Records are indexed under the WordPress user ID. Document files remain in the private signing service and are not published to the WordPress media library.
- Use and refunds
- Use only documents and recipient details you are authorized to process. Credits used after final document creation begins are final and non-refundable. If final document creation permanently fails, the 2 credits are returned to the wallet automatically.
