How it works
This service turns an uploaded or saved song into editable lyrics. It first gives you a real 45-second preview to review. If you continue, it processes the full song and creates the files included with the package you choose, such as distributor-ready lyrics, SRT, LRC, ASS, word timestamps, a vocal track, and a ZIP.
Instructions
1. Sign in. 2. Upload a supported song or choose one of your own songs from My Music. 3. Confirm that you own the audio or have permission to process it. 4. Check the song title and choose the main language, or leave automatic detection selected. 5. Start the free 45-second preview. 6. Listen to the preview and review the words in Verbatim and Distributor Ready views. 7. If you are satisfied, choose the 1-, 2-, or 3-credit package you want. 8. Review and save your lyric edits, then download your private files from My Library.
Free preview
Five signed-in previews per rolling 24 hours. Each preview processes up to the first 45 seconds and saves the partial result privately. No credit is charged. Full-song processing begins only after the user explicitly confirms a paid package.
- Cost
- 1 credit Full Lyrics; 2 credits Distributor; 3 credits Studio. 1 credit = $1. Minimum wallet top-up is 5 credits.
- Accepted audio
- MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, AAC, OGG; maximum 200 MB; user must own or have permission to process the audio.
- Files you can receive
- Verbatim lyrics TXT, distributor-ready TXT, SRT, LRC, karaoke ASS, word-timestamp JSON, isolated vocal WAV, and ZIP according to package.
- Limits
- The free preview covers up to the first 45 seconds, with five previews allowed per rolling 24 hours. Machine transcription can make mistakes, especially with names, slang, ad-libs, overlapping voices, effects, and unclear vocals, so you must review the lyrics and timing before using them.
- Privacy
- Uploads and results are private, keyed to the signed-in account, and delivered only through owner-authorized download endpoints. Customer audio is not used for model training. Paid result files are preserved under the documented retention policy.
- Use and refunds
- You are responsible for having the rights or permission to process the song, reviewing the lyrics and timing, following distributor or platform rules, and how you publish, distribute, or otherwise use the results. Credits used after paid processing begins are final and non-refundable. If YouCast365 permanently fails before delivering a paid result, the affected job credits are automatically returned to your wallet; this is not a cash refund.
