How do I report suspected stolen music or missing royalties?
Open a private Protection case with the suspected URL, your Work ID or hash, and the evidence you want reviewed.
If you see a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, website, or other post using your registered work, open /welcome, click Protect Dashboard, open My Works, and use Scan & Report. You can also open /protection/cases/new while logged in. Choose the strongest supportable basis, such as human lyrics or composition, human performance or production, voice or likeness, a YouCast365 license breach, platform policy, fraud or passing off, or another counsel-approved basis.
Include the suspected platform link, date found, screenshots, your YouCast365 Work ID, SHA-256/content hash, TrackPrint ID if available, title, filename, artist name, ISRC or ISWC if available, and a short explanation of what matches. YouCast365 emails you a confirmation after the case is opened and emails the admin team with the report details. Opening a case does not automatically send a DMCA notice, accuse another user, guarantee removal, guarantee payment, or create legal representation.
