What does the YouCast365 Protection Warranty guarantee?
The warranty covers defined YouCast365 services and remedies—not outcomes controlled by governments, courts, distributors, or social platforms.
For a paid, complete, eligible submission, the baseline Protection Warranty preserves the evidence package and signed record for seven years, reviews complete provider-license or voice-consent packages within ten business days, acknowledges complete disputes within two business days, provides a substantive review or missing-evidence request within ten business days, and prepares an eligible filing-assistance package within fifteen business days. After human review, it includes up to two qualified, creator-authorized external notices per covered work in each twelve-month protection period.
Inside YouCast365, a verified exact-match or verified voice-permission violation accepted for review triggers a restriction on new monetization and a hold on related unsettled earnings within two business days. If YouCast365 misses a covered service level and does not cure it within ten business days after written notice, the remedy is a refund or service credit for the affected work, capped at the protection fees paid for that work or account during the preceding twelve months. A cash Protection Support Benefit exists only when a fixed amount appears on the checkout page and order receipt.
YouCast365 cannot guarantee that a government office will register a claim, that a court will find infringement, that a third-party platform will remove content, that a distributor will accept a release, or that royalties will be earned or recovered. Those decisions remain with the applicable third party.
