4. Integration with YouTube and Google Data

YouCast365 uses YouTube API Services to allow you to upload and stream content to your YouTube channel. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Data Access: We access your YouTube channel’s broadcast capabilities solely to start, stop, and manage live streams initiated by you.

• Data Storage: We securely store your OAuth Refresh Token to maintain your connection. We do not store your personal viewing history or other non-essential Google user data.

• Data Sharing: We do not sell your Google user data to third parties. Data is only shared with YouTube/Google as necessary to execute the API commands you request (e.g., “Go Live”).

• Third-Party Policies: Your use of our integration with YouTube is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review their policy to understand how Google processes your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your videos and data are stored on secure servers located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We retain your uploaded content and account data for as long as your account is active.

• Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the user dashboard. You can also revoke YouCast365’s access to your YouTube account via the Google Security Settings. Upon account deletion, your videos and tokens are permanently removed from our servers.
