YouCast365 DMCA and Rights Notice

1. Copyright notices

A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a written notice containing: a physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; contact information; a good-faith statement; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized to act.

YouCast365 must keep its federal DMCA agent designation current in the U.S. Copyright Office directory. Website contact information does not replace that registration.

3. Counter-notices

A valid counter-notice must include a signature; identification and former location of removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; name, address, and telephone number; consent to the applicable federal court jurisdiction; and acceptance of service from the original notifier. YouCast365 will process valid notices and counter-notices according to applicable law.

4. AI-assisted works

Do not use the DMCA to claim purely AI-generated material as human authorship. A notice may rely on supportable human-authored lyrics, composition, performance, production, or other protected material, or another lawful basis. AI-provider license, voice/likeness, impersonation, collaboration, sample/beat, duplicate-registration, and royalty/metadata disputes have separate routes.

5. Voice and likeness

Unauthorized digital-replica and impersonation reports may be reviewed under consent, publicity, privacy, contract, fraud, and platform rules even when copyright is not the correct basis. Use the Protect Music case form and select the exact supported basis.

6. Repeat infringement and evidence preservation

YouCast365 may restrict or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. It may preserve audit and dispute evidence, place earnings on hold, and restrict licensing while a claim is reviewed.
