3. User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and stream using YouCast365. By using the Service, you agree that:

• Ownership: You own the rights to the content you stream, or you have obtained explicit permission from the rights holder.

• Copyright: You will not stream copyrighted movies, TV shows, music, or other protected works without authorization.

• Prohibited Content: You will not stream content that is illegal, hateful, explicit, or violates the terms of the destination platform (e.g., YouTube, Twitch).

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you use the Service to infringe copyright or violate these terms.

4. Third-Party Services (YouTube, Twitch, etc.)

Our Service integrates with third-party streaming platforms. By connecting your account, you agree to comply with their respective terms:

• YouTube: By using YouCast365 to stream to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

• Twitch: By using YouCast365 to stream to Twitch, you agree to be bound by the Twitch Terms of Service.

YouCast365 is not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms against your account (e.g., bans, strikes) resulting from the content you stream.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds
