YouCast365 Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026

1. Data we collect

We collect account and contact data, service and transaction data, device and security logs, creator uploads, metadata, protection declarations, human and AI component classifications, provider evidence, contributor and split information, voice-consent records, hashes, fingerprints, audit events, licenses, cases, and support communications.

2. Voice and digital-replica data

When a voice workflow is used, we may process recordings, the identity of the depicted person, authorization documents, scope and revocation records, and technical matching data. We do not treat a signup location, username, or ordinary upload as proof of identity or consent. We do not create or use a biometric voiceprint unless the workflow gives a specific notice and obtains any consent required by applicable law.

3. Purposes

We process data to provide requested creator tools; preserve evidence; calculate hashes and fingerprints; maintain record integrity and audit trails; verify provider licenses and voice consent; operate licensing, payouts, monitoring, disputes, security, fraud prevention, and support; comply with law; and improve reliability.

YouCast365 does not use creator content for AI-model training, sell a voice or likeness, or use creator content in unrelated promotion unless the user gives a separate, specific opt-in. Hosting or analyzing a private protection record does not itself authorize public distribution.

4. Sharing

We share data with contracted infrastructure, payment, identity, storage, security, and support providers only as needed; with buyers or partners only for an authorized license or integration; and with authorities or parties when legally required or needed to address a supported rights claim. Public ledger views expose only the fields authorized for public verification.

5. Storage, integrity, and retention

Protection evidence is access-restricted and may use server-calculated hashes, signed manifests, append-only events, replicated storage, and retention controls. No system is absolutely secure. Retention depends on the plan, transaction, dispute, legal hold, fraud-prevention need, and applicable law. A deletion request does not erase records that must lawfully be retained, but retained records do not authorize continued public use.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, withdrawal of optional promotional or training consent, and review or revocation of voice permissions, subject to applicable law and completed contracts. Copyright, privacy, voice/likeness, impersonation, and unlawful-content requests are not subject to a content-removal fee.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. Higher age or parental-consent rules may apply by location and feature. We remove information collected without required consent when identified.
