What is a watermark?
A watermark is an audible or hidden marker that may identify a file, service, source, or generation process.
A watermark can be something you hear, like a tag or repeated phrase, or something embedded in the file in a way listeners do not notice. Some systems use fingerprints, metadata, or machine-detectable signals instead of a traditional audible watermark.nnWatermark cleanup is not the same as legal ownership. Removing noise, tags, or unwanted artifacts does not prove you own a song or have permission to distribute it.
